Rates:

Rates from various lenders change frequently, so it’s always worth contacting us so we can talk through the very best offers available to you. Sample interest rates currently as low as 2.84% (2 year fixed), 2.94% (80% LTV Variable) 3.46% (discounted variable). Mortgage terms of up to 40 years (subject to conditions) are now available from a small number of lenders which can lower monthly repayments.
The maximum LTV (Loan to Valuation) mortgage available for first time buyers (FTB) is 92%, for 'trader uppers' also 92% and for Refinance/Switch mortgages is 70% LTV.
Tracker Mortgages:
There is limited availability for Tracker mortgage products currently but usually the typical tracker rate is the current ECB (European Central Bank) base lending rate, 2.5% plus around 1.3/1.4%.
100% mortgages:
These are available but for 'affordable housing' only - please talk to us about these if you require more information.

This may be available subject to lending criteria. Typically interest only mortgages are available on investment properties. There is limited availability on your principal private residence.
